Everyone was friendly, helpful, they didnt try to push options or cars on us that we didnt want, they werent overly friendly and making us uncomfortable like some other dealers we had been to. 5 Stars all the way. William was great, and ensured everything was closed and ready before i even flew into the city. I did the whole buy on the phone, and they got my sun roof installed before I showed up. They then picked me up at the airport when i flew in, and ensured i was in my new car in my new city right away. Can't beat Chuck Olson Kia. Best car experience I ever had in my LIFE!! I had a wonderful experience at Chuck Olson KIA all thanks to the efforts of Troy Johnson. I have worked in the casino industry for nearly a decade so I know what above and beyond customer service looks like and I wasn’t expecting much from a car sales rep. Troy proved me wrong by going above and beyond my expectations. I had researched the 2012 Kia Optima SX that I purchased, and similar models, for over 4 months and felt I had a very solid understanding of the vehicle. Walking onto the lot, I was expecting to really test the reps knowledge of the car. Not only did Troy pass my test but he taught me a few things that I didn’t know from my prior research. During a test drive, I noticed that there was a slight pull to the left from the car which could be caused by alignment or minor brake calibration. Troy didn’t try to hide it and mentioned it himself saying they could take care of it. I have worked with several contracts and sales reps that really try to pressure you into the sale. It was refreshing to talk with a sales consultant that displayed such knowledge and enthusiasm minus the sales pressure. It was like talking to one of your close friends that just wants to show you his new ride. Several weeks later I came in to pick up my plates and he remembered my name and had the guys wash my car for me while I was there as a courtesy. I would recommend Chuck Olson Kia on Aurora to anyone and suggest you ask for Troy Johnson.

The level of customer service has extended to efficiency in finding us a "driver" to keep us mobile and conveniently outfitted while our car gets superior mechanical help. This is especially appreciated we have been traveling from Seattle or all the way from our son's residence in Tacoma for service appointments. Everyone has paid close attention to our vehicle's care and equally to us understanding our scheduling issues while my husband had been preparing for and experiencing the trials of an organ transplant operation. We are thankful for the whole staff at Chuck Olson from detailing crew to desk lady to accessories and parts managers also to the guys who shampoo our Sorento. We especially count on Rick Villa who goes the extra mile and does everything he can to make things simple for us. The treatment we receive at Chuck Olson Kia in Shoreline, led by manager Villa is well worth the distance traveled . . .

What a great experience. From the moment I walked through their doors until I drove away in a new Kia Sportage EX, I was treated with respect and kindness from everyone. Keaton Burke, Sales, was genuine, knowledgeable, honest, listened to me, asked follow up questions to ensure that he gave me the best recommendations for my needs/desires/price range and walked me through the entire process, at my pace, not his. No "hard sell" techniques at all.. Sales Manager Jim Ault introduced himself early on. He was not that faceless person behind the curtain. Finance Mgr, Demetre Pagonis demonstrated the same level of honesty, respect, patience and efficiency that, simply put, is the culture at Chuck Olson Kia. I met the other salespeople as well. All were most helpful. Visit them and you will agree that it is a surprisingly great experience.

When I went in to purchase my Kia, the service was great. Sarah was super helpful, upbeat, and talkative. I really felt as if I had made an excellent choice purchasing my car from here, and that I would continue to receive such great service. When I made my first service request, I was again treated to excellent customer service. Upon my second service I found out that my battery was not holding a charge, that I would need a new one, and that it wasn't covered under warranty. I hadn't even had my car for ninety days. I had emailed Sarah a couple of times to see if there was any way to work with Kia on replacing the battery and received no response. I tried calling a couple of times. The first I was on hold for a couple of minutes, the second she wasn't available. Initially they're great, but they could use work on their follow through.
